Roberto and his team are beyond fantastic. Their products are priced fairly, especially considering the quality and service the team provides. In fact, the level of service is unsurpassed. They even provide house visits when needed. Overall, I'm very happy with my vacuum and air purifier and will continue to be a loyal Aerus customer for years to come.

We purchased several ActivePure units for our offices to keep our employees safe against transmission. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge the Aerus representative had with this advanced technology. The service and installation was quick and easy. I don’t know why some people have left bad reviews as I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I bought my refurbished Electrolux vacuum from them years ago and their customer service is the bomb . During the pandemic they came to my house to pick it up and replaced the motor and brought it back. They have cleaned it for me and dropped off bags to my door . Today my vacuum lost suction and they accepted to keep the store open past closing time so I could come by and have it looked at . The hose was clogged from my own doing and they graciously unblocked it with no charge to me . I highly recommend this business!!!
