Order from anywhere else! I order a seniors walker for my mother 10 days ago and still has not shipped. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone and email is just your typical BS. We will get back to you within the next year. Come on, they took their money really quickly

I recently ordered a product of a sensitive and personal nature. When the order arrived, I received a box of table saw parts from their sister company. My shipping label was in the box, but no packing slip. I called the company and explained what I received, and before I could give my name or order number, they addressed me by name and asked me to confirm that is who I am. Then they asked me if I received a packing slip. So obviously not only did my sensitive and personal items get shipped to someone expecting table saw parts, but so did my packing slip with my name, address, and order number. The person I spoke to told me to expect an email this morning with a return shipping label for the parts, and details about a replacement order. It is now the end of the business day and I have received no such email. I left a message at their order desk as they are now closed. After reading several reviews here, I am not impressed with their company at all. If I do not receive prompt and cooperative communication from them starting first thing tomorrow morning I will be filing immediately a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
