We were fortunate to be assisted by Jenny, and the entire experience was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the CPAP machine and ensured that all of our questions were answered clearly and patiently. Her fluency in English and Spanish was especially appreciated, as it made the process much easier and more comfortable for my parents. We were in the Brampton store yesterday and met with Lisa Ramsammy to investigate a CPAP machine for my husband. Right from our first meeting Lisa made us feel comfortable. She was gracious and extremely patient throughout all our questions. She was detailed with all explanations and took much appreciated time for the best mask fitting. My husband was at first unsure of his commitment to the whole process. Thank you to Lisa and the other friendly staff for a positive experience.

I recently visited the Airways CPAP store to replace my expired CPAP machine, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The store itself is cosy, calm, and very welcoming and it immediately puts you at ease. I first called to book an appointment, and Deo answered my call. He was polite, friendly, and very accommodating. I asked if a same-day appointment was possible for later in the afternoon, and he scheduled me in without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived, I was greeted by Deo and he introduced me to his staff at the store and they all welcome you with warm smiles, making me feel genuinely welcomed. They were busy upon my arrival but Jenny made an exception and took care of me from start to finish, helping me select the right replacement machine and mask. She took the time to sit down with me and properly calibrate the machine, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Her instructions were easy to understand, and she explained things so well that I hardly needed to ask her to repeat anything. At the end of the visit, Jenny provided a well-organized folder containing all the necessary information, receipts, and a detailed invoice for my insurance company. The insurance submission was processed smoothly with no issues at all. She also gave me her business card and encouraged me to contact her directly if I had any questions or concerns, which was very reassuring. I’ve been going to Airways for almost 10 years, and their customer service has always been outstanding. You never feel rushed, pressured, or pushed into a decision. They give you the time and space to think, answer your questions honestly, and treat you like a person and not just a transaction. The conversations feel genuine, not strictly business, and you always leave feeling respected and cared for. I highly recommend Airways CPAP to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. They truly make you feel welcome every single visit.
