Quality and integrity of their products is very dubious. Please check carefully! We purchased a pair of crutches (through a distributor) for our son who is a double amputee. Within 3 days the height adjuster pins on one had broken, (we repaired ourselves) 4 days later the rivets attaching the arm holder sheared completely. If he had not been close to the kitchen table he would have gone right down on his recently amputated stump, which would have been a severe set back. When I spoke to the customer care, they seemed slightly irritated that we had contacted them, but after agreeing to speak to a manager, the kind lady called back and said they were prepared to go to the extent of a full refund! Bottom line - if you are strong, able and in peak health, then this level of quality crutches may work for you.
