Very bad customer service!!! This is a one person operation. Unfortunately you will need to leave messages every time you try to reach them!Good luck getting through.Very bad experience!!! Sold me the system and when I needed a service call they never called me back!

Instead of paying the exorbitant fees to switch my alarm monitoring from my landline to my cellular phone, I switched to Alarmroute. I bought the modem online, which was then installed without charge by Jeff who had installed my original system. Great Service and no extra fees. No charge for installation and half the price to monitor. Special promotion helped with extra savings. Thanks Jeff. Highly recommend.

Been dealing with the owner for 15 years. Great guy and amazing service. Never had a problem and always quick to answer any of my questions. Would definitely recommend them for your alarm monitoring, big and small. We finally are able to disconnect our landline. Yipeee.
