Amazing company. PERIOD. Service is perfect, they explained everything and very well on point, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ordered some products from the online store, and the order was quickly filled and delivered. Unfortunately, when I opened my mail box, there was nothing inside, even though the tracker said it was delivered. I let Apnée Santé know, and they replied very quickly, and even offered to send my product again if Canada Post cannot locate my product. Luckily, it turns out the postal worker simply gave me the wrong key, and he or she gave me the right one the next day. The service here is great, and I will not hesitate to order again.
