I used to shop for furniture at Leon's, Ikia, Sleep Country. This time I went to Sleepy Country couldn't get any items (Because Of The Sales Lady). I then went to Ashley Funiture in Heartland and got the Best experience, especially the young gentleman I think he is a Manager his name Sami khattab (if I didn't misspelled). He provided the Best service with his diligent to delivered my need. The sales Rep was Helpful (accept he talks too Fast with heavy indian accents). Also The delivery Team were Amazing as they moved heavy items in very Careful, they took off their shoes and put Blankets on the floor started from the steps door. I really enjoy the service and much Appreciate all those people at Ashley. Strongly recommended.

I have changed my original review but will leave the photos of the original damage. Ashley has since come and brought a new wardrobe so I will rate based off the entire experience. Furniture quality: really good for a box store. I liked the balance between budget and quality Sales experience: was pleasant, and went very smoothly. I enjoyed working with the sales rep and she wasn’t overtly pushy Delivery experience: The original crew were great, they were nice, took their shoes off, and very careful when moving all furniture. They left a small mess in the buildings common area but it wasn’t a big deal. Damage: The bed had a chip on the sideboard and was missing hardware for one of the storage shelves so the installation wasn’t completed same day. The wardrobe was severely damaged with drops, chips, and scuffs absolutely everywhere, wardrobe was beyond repair and needed to be replaced entirely Customer service: absolutely god awful. Absolutely zero attempt to fix the situation with their customer service department. After over a week and a half of trying to contact people within Ashley nothing was resolved. The digital complaints system was slow, demanding, unproductive, unresponsive, and specifically designed to waste your time until you give up. My damage was too large for me to want to give up so I left the original one star review which I received a reply to and was able to finally call someone. Ashley representative. Was very nice, very understanding, very helpful and very professional. I was finaly able to talk to someone over the phone and resolve the issue within 15 minutes. 2 days later a delivery was scheduled. This is what should’ve happened the first time, it shouldn’t have taken a poor google review to get in touch. I’m still grateful Ashley takes their reviews seriously and successfully rectified the situation. Second delivery: absolutely horrible. These guys walked around with their shoes the whole time, tracking in snow and dirt, banged the furniture into walls albeit lightly and thankfully no damage to either the furniture or the wall. I get this stuff is heavy and they clearly looked to be in a rush but come on. One bump, two bumps, I get it, but these guys were a complete disaster. My apartment was engulfed in total chaos for a good 20 minutes and then they were gone. Certainly opened my eyes to how professional the first delivery was. Overall experience: I got my bed and dresser fixed, the saga is over. Do I regret buying from Ashley? No. Would I recommend them? Not without a slight of caution. Would I buy from them again? The product better be absolutely mind blowing then I’ll consider it, otherwise after all this I’m still bitter. It’s not even about the damage, or the money but just the fact I had to literally get to the point where I was angry as hell and go full Karen mode for them to fix the issue, had it never gotten to that point, I never would’ve left the review. Everyone makes mistakes and that’s ok, the real question is how do you go about with fixing them? In this case, I was not impressed.

What a terrible delivery and fulfillment experience. I purchased what is supposed to be a beautiful dining room set and have had to refuse delivery TWICE. I will never get back the time and stress wasted on this process. The delivery team and the warehouse responsible for handling/assembly truly don't seem to care about protecting the products you purchase and fail to treat them with very basic care. The items arrive damaged, scuffed up, or dirty. The delivery teams routinely mishandle white upholstery and touch the fabric directly with dirty gloves or rest their tools on them. So much for "white glove" delivery. The delivery/warehouse staff also try to convince you into keeping the items and having them "serviced" later, as opposed to sending them back. Brand new furniture should never require repair/service before it's even used. I'll accept delivery when you send me products that are in brand-new condition. Maybe inspect them at your warehouse first before you send them to my house and waste everyone's time and energy. My advice to the retailer: the customer doesn't care if the issue was with your supplier or your warehouse or your delivery team. You need quality control every step of the way because ultimately it is your brand that's on the line. Do better. My advice to potential customers: you're no worse off ordering something from Wayfair. In both cases you don't know what you're going to get anyway, so maybe you can at least save some money.
