You can trust ordering from these folks! Excellent customer service! I need a particular kind of night garment for lymphedema and I chose Aspen Healthcare because their price was really the best I could find on the Internet. Unfortunately, when I received the garment, it was the wrong size. (An easy mistake given how the manufacturer assigns product codes). We called Aspen up and they immediately re-ordered the correct Item and sent it to us with a return prepaid shipping label to return the wrong item. No argument, no charge. They process was seamless, and we are very happy. We are completely confident in dealing with this company in the future and wii do so. There are so many fly-by-night companies on the Internet nowadays, it is an absolute pleasure to find a well run organization. We wish them the very best.
