David and Tyson were absolutely amazing!! I had been stranded upstairs in my room for nearly a week because my Sterling Stairlift Minivator 2000 had broken down. I called multiple places and no one was able to service my machine or willing to come out in an emergency. I had been upstairs for a week without proper support from my power chair, and it becoming a safety issue in my home. David and Tyson were lifesavers! Came out as soon as they could (within a day of connecting with them). Diagnosed, repaired and maintained the issue on the spot. Turned out the battery and trundell bar needed replacing and maintenance. David taught us so much about my equipment, was fair, honest, made personal connections and was very reasonable. Tyson and David saw me as a human being in need, rather than just a service call. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient with their craft, while keeping safety a priority. I cannot thank and praise them enough!

David and Tyson saved the day! We had another company install a wheelchair lift a few years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems with the lift. A friend suggested I call Barrier Freedom for service. Incredibly happy I did! This team really went the extra mile to help. They discovered the lift was never installed properly to begin with. They were very meticulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great people!

I want to take a moment to say thank you so much to Barrier Freedom. I especially want to send a very big THANK YOU to David and Tyson. Their genuine care, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness was very apparent while they were working on my mothers stairlift. They are both so polite and very kind gentlemen. It was a pleasure dealing with them. So glad I was referred to Barrier Freedom. I now have peace of mind that my mother's chair is in good working order.
