It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Scott. After we first connected on the phone for a site visit, we felt totally comfortable with Scott. My name is mike- I bought a walk in tub from Scott and he had to remove my old standard tub to exchange it with the new one in North Vancouver I was impressed with his and his co-worker's Ashek (?) work ethics. The two worked together very well and it seemed to me that's what it takes to make three processes involved of electrical-plumbing and carpentry for a successful installation. Any part of the house which was disturbed to get the new tub in was restored as before. He even had to troubleshoot the old drain trap underneath the tub and repair it. In order to select a trustworthy contractor to complete this task, I searched for a bit over 2 month to select him over his competitors. I was also impressed with his video tutorials on his website, because I had no knowledge about the subject. Well done, Scott
