Absolutely terrible customer service!!! My aluminum ramp at the side of my house started to collapse and I contacted them 2 weeks ago. After many phone calls with no plan to repair my ramp, they finally sent someone. He was very pleasant, however, he did not know what he was doing and made it worse. After what should have taken a 1/2 hour for 1 person will now take 3 hours for 2 people. Another week has gone and it is still not repaired. I also live with my 94 year old mother in law and it is not safe. Still no plan to have a competent person to come and rebuild this ramp.

Extremely honest company with excellent customer service. Pleasant to contact with any questions, and easily reachable. I rented a straight straight lift from them for a few months. They sent a tech to install in promptly. The tech was very patient, and methodological...and made sure things were installed properly. Had a similarly positive experience during the removal

I had both a curved and straight stair lift removed. The work was done in a careful manner and for a very competitive price. The technicians were nice people to deal with and have in the home!
