We had an absolutely excellent experience at Bracko Home Furniture. After visiting several larger furniture stores around Calgary, we kept coming back to Bracko because the quality and comfort of their furniture stood out immediately — especially the Fjords chairs we ended up purchasing. Sarah, our sales representative, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us plenty of space to browse without ever feeling pushy or overbearing. She answered all our questions honestly and made the whole experience very comfortable. We left initially to compare other options elsewhere, but nothing else really matched the comfort, quality, or value we found at Bracko. When we returned, Sarah and the owner, Carey, went above and beyond to work with us on pricing and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers. Carey was incredibly personable and fair, and after talking with him, it really sealed the deal for us. What we appreciated most was that Bracko feels like a true family-owned business that actually cares about its customers, unlike some of the big-box furniture chains where everything feels overly commercialized and overpriced for the quality you get. At Bracko, the furniture quality was excellent, the pricing was reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I love this store and the staff! Their furniture is unique and of great quality. Wish I would’ve known that they were here when I was furnishing my new house when I first moved to Calgary. From now on, I’ll be continuing to buy most of my house accessories from them. Thanks for such a refreshing option.

You can clearly see the pride they take in their family business — it shows in their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.
