I had an amazing experience with Dr. M Amjed, OD & her team. My original appointment was at 10:15, but due to a snowstorm I had to call & let them know I would be late. They were so kind and understanding & easily adjusted my appointment time without any stress. When I arrived, the staff completed my scans first, & then Dr. Amjed did a very thorough eye exam. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything, & made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She also spent extra time fitting my new contact lenses & making sure they were perfect. I usually wear scleral lenses, so I expected the cost to be much higher than other places. I was pleasantly surprised that I only paid $865 total, including the $165 eye exam fee, for my one eye. That is an excellent price for this type of specialized lens & care. If a clinic has a doctor like Dr. Amjed, I’m confident the rest of the team must be just as excellent. The whole experience was smooth, professional, & welcoming. I left feeling confident & very happy with my vision. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone especially if you wear specialty contact lenses! Btw correct fitting took approx 4 appointments it took 1 month. The result is perfect.

Dr. Dhillon provided an excellent eye exam and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. It’s clear that patient care is a top priority here. Margarita was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the visit. She promptly addressed all my inquiries and made the follow-up process easy and pleasant. This places deserves infinite stars. I had a situation where I am on tour (constantly on the road) with aggravated eyes that got more irritated daily, running out of contacts, a new city every day or every other, and… I had no glasses. Because I haven’t needed them in years. I called just about every place in Toronto before they saved the day. From start to finish the customer experience was EXCEPTIONAL. I arrived genuinely probably at my worst.. and they took care of everything and made it easy. Glasses I love ✔️ Eye contacts and glasses prescription ✔️ Fully checking the health of my eyes ✔️ The kindest people ever ✔️ They even walked me next door to pick up the perscription I needed because they were able to do that too and ensured I made it there before they closed. THIS was the kind of top customer care I’ve been missing for a very long time from everywhere. I was genuinely in a disaster situation and they pulled off a miracle of last minute getting someone with as poor eyesight as I have, glasses 24 hours later. I can’t wait to pick them up tomorrow. By far the best experience I’ve had at an eye care company anywhere around the globe (and I travel constantly.) Exceptional!! Thank you! Emily
