The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Would not recommend and I won't be going back to deal with that argentative lady again!!! Will be phoning co-op head office for sure

What I needed was not just the foot equipment on my prescription, but someone to walk me through the logistics of long term healing, and the anxiety of how to minimize the disruption with daily stuff, & time off work.
