Update: I’d caution anyone who is considering using this pharmacy. I share my experience in hopes it might help someone and prevent someone else from having a hard experience during a time they probably need ease. I had a massive surgery and a new born who was in and out of the hospital. I was given this prescription to help me and my infant. I paid for the product to be made and when I picked it up something was wrong with it and my baby was rejecting it. This was strange because we had the exact same prescription from the hospital and that one worked. When I contacted the facility via phone they told me to bring it in and they would have a new one for me. Great! I went to pick it up twice and both times the staff could not find my file or the product. By the second time I lost trust in the pharmacy, I called to speak with the manager. This was back in August, he verbally acknowledged the situation and offered a refund and told me he would call me back. Well he never called me back. When I tried calling back in mid September to see if there was an update, he dodged my call, I called back again to find out why he wasn’t taking my call. He told me it had moved up the chain and someone would call me. Long story short, it’s now Feb 2026 and no one has followed up and I never received my refund. I paid for a product I never received one I could actually use and then was treated poorly during a time where I was physically struggling and really needed that prescription for my child. Shame on this pharmacy for a poor product, lack of organization and communication and extremely poor customer service. I hope you do better for someone else in the future.

Have had to use their services 2 times and have nothing but high praise for them. Needed a script compounded for our one cat and Rick has been amazing to deal with. Do not hesitate to use Canadian Apothecary for anything you may need.

This pharmacy has changed my daughters life. We had a really hard time finding a very specific medicine at a price we could afford. Rick, is the absolute best, work so hard to help us. I can't say enough good things. I see that a lot of the reviews mention timing, it is a specialty pharmacy so it did take longer for me too, but SO worth the wait. A staff that really cares. Literally a God send for my daughter. If I could give 10 stars I would!
