My Dad is in his 94th year, lives alone, is very mobile and actively engaged in many activities. Recently, we purchased the Mobile Personal Family response plan with Fall Detection service. The Customer service representative helped us to choose the best plan suited for our family. My Dad is very grateful there is such technology available, is comfortable wearing the medical alert pendant each day and has peace of mind that I am only a pendant push away, wherever he goes, if need be. It replaces the cell phone, as we are able to speak to one another through the pendant. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you Caretrak!
