Subcontracted them to help with a large project and was profoundly disappointed. Started great, completing nearly an entire system install in one weekend. By the end of the project, the identical system was taking 3 weekends to install. Found out later from a trusted source that they were stretching the project for more overtime hours. Management said it's my responsibility to keep them in line and took no interest in a discount or disciplining their workers. After completion, I spent 3 weeks repairing leaks, which they did eventually credit me slightly for needing to keep a lift on site. Also, 6 months since completion & they still have tools on site for which I've been asked to return to their office. Lastly, I had to ask their office for invoices, as I was only getting statements. The invoices I received were one line documents, so I can't even check that the billed hours match the actual hours on site. The project was completed, but at an extra cost of tens of thousands, paired with lousy quality, refusal of code compliance and shady billing practices. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to having a reliable, quality subcontractor for my bigger jobs, but Classic does not fit that description. *No followup as promised by the company's response to this review*
