It’s very frustrating to try to get in direct contact with the CNIB Edmonton office on behalf of my brother. By the time you listen and go through all the prompts, you can’t find a real person to talk to so unfortunate.

I understand you need donations to help people out, but door to door solicitation is not the way. I do not appreciate my family supper being interrupted, and having a tablet shoved in front of me expecting a donation.
