My 95 year old father, while in Covid19 lockdown in his Care Residence irretrievably damaged his hearing aids not once, but on two occasions! With my dad's care home in complete lockdown, Alison and especially Ximena while going above and beyond the sense of duty, reassuringly were able to get my profoundly deaf father's hearing aids remade, recalibrated and returned in a timely manner. Luckily, with the added health protocols and the impossibility of springing my dad, all required auditory data as well as ear shell measurements were kept on file. Thanks to Alison and Ximena, who after our masked and distanced meetings on the sidewalk were able to access dad's on file info saving months of waiting for lockdown to be lifted in a particularly hard hit care home.
