Terrible service! Three employees in the store and none of them even looked at you when you came in. You felt like you were bothering them. I had to ask if I could be served. They weren't very friendly. Never again!

I contacted four companies through their websites for aluminum parts. Michael Bourret replied within a few hours. We exchanged information. He gave me a price and said it would be ready in two days. The next day, another company replied. The other two haven't even responded to this day. Mega Aluminium is fast, courteous, professional, and their prices are very competitive. The cuts and bends were perfect. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere. Thank you, Mega!

Their service is the worst I've seen in a long time and in many places. 2 of us were waiting at the door and there was only 1 person serving who was too busy to store pallets than serve his customers. Both of us had to go in the store to ask when we would be served and it took over 30 minutes before anyone of us got served. They might have good prices but be prepared to wait a very long time to pick up your merchandise
