It was a great shopping experience at this Dormez-vous branch (on January 17, 2026). What truly made it exceptional was the salesperson, Mike (Delle Donne). He did an excellent job helping me find the right mattress by listening to what I needed and asking the right questions. I was able to try different models and quickly find the one that suited me best. Everything was settled in a single visit. I definitely recommend Mike and this branch.

I had a great experience at this branch of Dormez-Vous where I quickly bought a mattress for my son, thanks to Davoud. He was very professional, respectful, and helpful — truly made the process easy. However, the day before, I visited the 1940 Blvd. Marcel-Laurin branch, and it was the opposite. The seller there was neither honest nor helpful, and it was a frustrating experience. The difference in service between the two locations was huge.
