Excellent experience from the moment we entered the store. We explained what we were looking for and the manager Joey, was there to help. He explained the many options of adjustable bases as well as the mattresses that would fit these bases. He never tried to "over sell" us, rather he explained the quality differences and allowed us to make an informed choice. Which I have to say really gained our trust. He answered all of our questions, and helped us choose pillows to go with our new bed. He spent over an hour with us, and was pleasant and professional the entire time. His knowledge of the products is clearly evident. Was a very good experience, and I would say his customer service was excellent. Would 100% recommend anyone looking for a mattress or pillow to visit this branch.

We had an excellent experience at Dormez-vous from beginning to end. Joey, the manager, was incredibly attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress. He was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also very aware of what was in stock, which made the process smooth and efficient. He offered thoughtful alternatives, walked us through a variety of options, and made sure we felt confident in our decision — never pressured, just genuinely helpful. To top it off, he arranged delivery within just two days. When the delivery team arrived, they assembled the bed and mattress quickly and professionally. It’s now been a month since we purchased our new mattress, and we absolutely love it. We’re sleeping better than ever! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a seamless buying experience.
