Unfortunately very high strung reception causing a super stressful exchange. Because I have never been to ECO Medical Supplies, I was chastised for not knowing the product numbers of the products I needed to pick up. Wow like the lady got super upset. I looked up the products on their web-site but that was not good enough as the product numbers were not there either. Their website. Their product catalog. Finally i was able to purchase most of i came for. It certainly has been a very long time since i have been spoken down to like today.

Vanessa and Richard were both excellent. Had a miscommunication issue that was rectified immediately once discussed. They were quick and attentive for our Elder when a product didnt work as desired and found a suitable solution immediately

I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently in words for all that Richard had done for my Mom. She has moved here from Ontario at the age of 95. We were gifted a wheelchair for her by friends; that needed a few modifications for my Mom. Richard came to our home a week ago on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm, not in his regular working hours. He assessed her in the chair and suggested what needed to be done. I dropped the chair off the following Monday expecting there to be a few hundred dollars worth of work to be done. Richard called me 2 days later to inform me it was completed and ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up I was stunned to learn that there was no charge for the modifications. Richard, we have truly been blessed by your kindness towards my Mom. Kudos, Richard and EcoMedical.
