Our driver was a young man named Ahmed. He was so helpful and kind. He made us feel safe and welcome. You could tell he really enjoys his job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Encore the next time we need transportation.

Today, my mother was transferred from St. Joseph’s Hospital to a long-term care facility, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Encore Patient Transfer. Anjali and Kaif were amazing They communicated really well with each other and showed so much empathy throughout the transfer, Anjali was warm and friendly with my mom, speaking to her gently and making sure she was comfortable the whole time and Kaif drove very smoothly, I barely felt any bumps on the road. Everything felt respectful, unhurried, and genuinely caring. I felt completely supported and never had to worry about my mother’s safety. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism Kaif and Anjali showed today, and I would 100% recommend Encore Patient Transfer to anyone and anytime who needs a caring, reliable service.

I want to say a huge thank you to Lovepreet Singh and Manjit Singh for helping move my aunt from one hospital to another. Moving a sick family member is very scary, but these two men made everything feel easy and safe. They arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do. They worked together perfectly as a team and handled all the medical equipment with great care.It emphasizes how well they worked together as a unit. It acknowledges the "calm presence" they provided for the family. The thing that impressed us the most was how they treated my aunt. They were not just doing a job; they were truly caring for her. They spoke to her in a very soft and kind way, making sure she was not nervous or uncomfortable during the drive. They treated her with the same respect they would show their own family members. They also looked after us, the family. They were very patient and answered all of our simple questions without rushing us. Because of their calm energy, our stress went away. We knew my aunt was in the best hands possible.
