The staff is extremely rude. Purolator shows that package pickup is available at this location, but when I went to pick up my package, I was told it was not available. Their hours are also very inconvenient. They are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and when you call to ask for flexibility, they clearly say they will open and close exactly at 5:00 p.m. and will not hold packages. The overall attitude is very unhelpful and rude. I have called Purolator multiple times to complain because this is not a convenient pickup location for anyone. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I have never written a bad Google review for anyone in my life, but my experience here was so bad that I felt compelled to write this. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Don’t, fill your prescription literally anywhere else. Unless you physically hand your paper prescription to the staff you won’t have your medication ready for pick up. Do not have your doctors fax your prescription here it will get lost.

They don't list it on here but it is an official purolator drop off and pickup, a little messy but staff is usually friendly. Prices expensive for other stuff in the pharmacy.
