I am only giving 1 star since it wont let me not put a star, because these people do not deserve any stars! My 95 (almost 96) year old grandmother has been scammed. It would seem that this company enjoys preying upon seniors. She was told that the device would work despite not having reliable cell service in her area. She has fallen twice since receiving this device and the device did nothing. She was lucky she had company both times. She has since returned the device and is STILL fighting with this company, who is wanting to charge her $400 to "cancel". Not only that, the company keeps sending all correspondence in French without translation. Two of the people (one is supposed to be the president) and one by the name of "Charles Lucques) apparently do not exist. According to someone my grandmother managed to speak to. This company is no good. If you are a senior, stay FAR AWAY from this company

Do not trust this company and their sales person he will give you all kinds of promises and you will end up with big problems. Mario Bernard lied to me saying that Telus will no longer have their services in Quebec province and I have don’t have any contract with Telus anymore and I have to go with the company named Global security. And on December they came to my house and removed all the Telus devices from my house and they installed their devices and the same mont I received monthly bill from Telus and Global security and I reached out to TELUS and Telus said to me that the company still exists in the province of Quebec and my contract will expires on 2029 so basically I got scammed by the Global security sales person Mario Bernard.

this was a scam. I ordered the device..a watch. it arrived and did not work so I returned it and was told that I owed over $500 because I broke the contract which I never agreed to or signed.
