My electric wheelchair was damaged by the airline company during travel so they had it repaired by GMG Rental and Sale. Excellent customer service. Easy pick up and drop off service of electric wheelchair. They would call me with updates about my repairs and arrival of ordered parts. Repairs were successful. Also they repaired the bent frame to align the small wheels properly which is a difficult job. Definitely recommend them. If I have any repairs in the future I am going to GMG Rental and Sale. I am a repeat customer. They also adjusted loose screws that I did not know about. They fixed my Joystick, and painted the scratches. They treat their customers very well and they are honest and thorough and I highly recommend them

Watch out! They take advantage of people! It is impossible that due to the normal wear of a tire, they have charged an additional charge to my account and say that we still owe you money wanting to charge 300 dls more, as if the equipment had been delivered broken, not working or in some bad logical condition, in the contact it is only mentioned that an additional charge will be made if the scooter is delivered in bad condition (broken, not working or something similar out of the ordinary), which was not my case, impossible and illogical that they rent this type of device to not be able to use them!! Evidence was sent that what he wanted to charge was on the scooter from the day he delivered it, now he doesn't answer us either calls or messages, people taken advantage of it!!!
