Walked in with my frameless glasses, with the lens in hand, Staff was very polite and quick service fixed them. Though I've never been a client .

I had a bad experience ordering glasses online, but the staff at Hakim Optical were incredibly kind and helpful—even though I didn’t buy from them. They took the time to help me choose frames, and more importantly , helped by fixing the issue with my online order, so I could get by. The experience was reassuring and stress-relieving. I’d highly recommend this store for their fair prices, great selection, and excellent service.

Extremely frustrating experience. First and last time dealing with Hakim. Once the company gets your business they give you the run around. Takes forever to have the glasses ready only to hear pathetic excuses from the staff
