Mandy is a wonderful teacher! Hearing loss is a complex problem, and she patiently worked with Ian and me to understand what the hearing aids do to improve our hearing experience. Knowing that hearing loss, if untreated, can lead to cognitive decline, we feel that Hearing Life, and Mandy Fisch, in particular, have provided crucial support in helping us navigate the challenges of hearing loss that come with with aging and build in quality to both hearing and social interactions.

I cannot recommend Hearing Life (formerly Nexgen Hearing)in West Vancouver highly enough. From the moment we walked into the office for the first appointment we felt so welcome and we were treated with such professionalism and kindness by everyone. Mandy's knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement has been tremendous and a great help. She has explained everything at my pace and that has enabled me to be very confident and comfortable at each stage of the process. As a result of Mandy's care and attention I have had a very successful experience with my first hearing aids and both my wife and I are overjoyed with the difference they have made. My only regret is that I didn’t do it a couple of years sooner as I can honestly say that hearing aids have been a life changer for us. (Posted by my wife)
