My Mother is very pleased with her wrist alarm. Gordon was very good at explaining the whole process to her. He set up the modem and was very patient and helpful. The office staff discussed the process to me and other family members with prompt returns to our emails. My mom has no family in town to assist her. It was a pleasure to deal with such a kind and professional group. Thank you for making this process so stress free for her.

Amazed from day 1. In the time I was discharged from major medical surgery HSN to arrival at Helpline branch, the coordination was all done over the phone and documents ready to sign on arrival. Polite, knowledgeable and caring discourse and service. No hidden details, equipment mint, set up in seconds. Emerg center call assisted with set up and test verifications. They do it all so I could focus on Health Care without stress. Upon my recovery, a 15min process at store and off ya go. Well managed team and great staff. Highly recommend them. M.M. Thank You!!!
