  Dr. Sequiera is a terrific diagnostician, a compassionate, patient, caring professional, and a really nice guy. He cares for one of our adult sons who has complex medical issues, my husband who has complex medical issues, and me, a senior. He listens carefully and explains things very well. We don't know what we would do without him.

  Dr Alastair Sequeira, I am a patient of his from Gemini Clinic and he has been my doctor for almost four years and not once I have I ever had an encounter with him the way I did yesterday, although I know people have had shitty ones with him. He came into the office with an attitude from the start and had told us that he was not referring my husband to anything else in the future, I asked him to chart that down and he refused to do that which lead to me recording. In the video I have you can see you, I am trying to ask the question again at the beginning of the video but he cut me off and began speaking over me, which he proceeds to do multiple times in the video all while telling me to calm down when I was in fact calm as I could be, until the end where he was aggressively kicking us out of the room while my husband was carrying our baby. I asked him to chart down that he refuses to make any future referrals for my husband in his chart so that it could be noted down that I have been advocating for my husband to see specialists since he had his follow up appointment from being attacked a day before our wedding in July of 2025. We have been in his office every month to talk about my husbands concussion and how it is not getting better and it wasn’t until the third visit that Dr. Sequira had finally made the referrals because he refused to the first couple of times. This past Saturday my husband faints and has a seizure so we made an appointment to talk with Dr. Sequira about the precautions that we should take, and what we should because we both honestly didn’t know but that conversation never got to happen. I really don’t know why it got so heated with him but he got aggressive and was raising his voice at us in front of our 10 month old baby while yelling at us that he would make the referrals but I honestly wouldn’t know because he was literally being aggressive and kicking us out of his office. Even he did make the referrals, he never took down our new address for us to get those letters anyways. And yes I have made a complaint to the Physicians of Manitoba and will be waiting to see how we proceed with that.

  Reception staff are very rude and unfriendly. They act like you are an inconvenience. Just want you want when you are in pain or are looking for medial help. Doctors are the complete opposite. My family Doctor and my wife’s Specialist Doctor are great, friendly and positive, you would think the staff would show the same energy.
