He made the entire process smooth and stress-free during a time when we really needed reliability and support. The delivery was right on time, exactly as promised, and the installation was incredibly quick and efficient. Cal set up the hospital bed perfectly and made sure we understood how everything worked before he left. The wheelchair, walker, and ramp were all delivered in excellent condition and positioned exactly where we needed them. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions without rushing. It’s rare to find someone so dependable, organized, and compassionate. As usual had a great experience with HME. Gavin in Victoria and especially Wayne in Richmond were super helpful and organized my grand uncles wheelchair. It was great having their expertise and would highly recommend!! Thanks again!
