Our lift quit at Community of Christ and we didn’t want to use our old repair service because of past experience with them. I found this company on Google and I can’t say enough good things. They came up with a solution that saved having to replace the lift. They got the repair parts in record time and got the wheel chair lift working in record time. If there were 10 stars the company and the techs and managers would get 10 stars.

Icon was excellent! We had always used another elevator company but they were not following with us in a timely manner and Icon and Pantho stepped up. We called and had our elevator fixed with 1 day of our call to them, after having our elevator not working for a month! They saved us from replacing numerous parts for thousands of dollars. We plan to continue using Icon for all our elevator maintenance from now on. We highly recommend them! Thanks Icon!
