  I purchased Four kitchen barstool couple months months ago And they ripped and torn already As it Showed in the picture. They sell Very cheap furniture With zero customer service. I called and sent pictures to the customer service and the guy told me he can give me $20 refund. I paid $60 for each tool. And he said we don’t have any guarantee and warranties plan for those stool . Very disappointed

  I have ordered a bedroom set one year ago I've been using it for about 8 months or less, I have contacted iFurniture to let them know the color of this bedroom tops is fading with out me cleaning it with any wet wipes I've always cleaned it with just a dry towel because I barley used it just to get any dust off of it its just for sleep time. I have contacted iFurniture before my warranty expires I mentioned I'm ok with exchange or a return for this poor quality and all they said that all of these fading problems happen because of to much use it made feel like I'm spending my time on top of the dressers. They have also mentioned that warranty doesn't cover these issues feeling like they donated this bedroom set To me, that I bought for about +$1500 ~year ago. They have also mentioned this set is made of a veneer finish like every customer needs to be experienced with furniture materials while all i care about is to at least lasts a couple of years i don't need to have the full furnitures experties to get a bedroom that lasts longee with No issues. Here is some problem for a short time use. I Don't Recommend. Them warrants Service is terrible.

  We were truly amazed by the price and quality at iFurniture. There’s a great variety of options for individual pieces, and we were able to find an entryway shoe cabinet and a clothing rack bench at about half the price we would typically pay elsewhere. The different size options made it easy to find pieces that fit perfectly in our home. The dining table sets are also excellent—great value, beautiful colors, and surprisingly good lumbar support. We also found some fantastic ergonomic pillows that provide great neck support for me, my husband, and even our toddler. There are definitely some hidden gems here, with prices as low as one-third of what you’d find in other stores. Highly recommended!
