Do not recommend! Ordered & paid in full Dec 26th. Told 2-3 weeks. Never heard from them once! We had to contact them 6 separate times in order to find out the status of our order. Finally received 3/4 of our order in March!! Mgr Brian refused to speak with me on the phone and would only correspond with me through another employee (could hear him telling them what to say to me). Never any apologies and never any call backs when they said they would! If I never called; we would never have received our order! Today we finally received the last of our order (May 12th)! -They even tried to get us to come down to the warehouse to pick it up. I refused and reminded them that we paid for delivery therefore expected it to be delivered/ whether it came in two separate deliveries or not that was not our issue. We understand that timelines change. But the complete lack of communication and incompetency of management is unreal! Do not recommend this store to anyone even if the furniture is a better deal!

Your typical sales pitch where they will promise you the moon and the star upon purchase. Once the deal is done, and good luck in finding anyone to help with issue. I felt like a ball being bounced here and there when emailing and calling the sales agent. At first, he said he is on vacation, then few weeks later I followed up and heard nothing. Called the office to see if he is back, and was told he is wirh a client and called me back with a shock and disbelief tone “almost like blaming me for not reaching out earlier”. Gave me his manager email “Brian..” and guess what, I emailed both person with picture and heard nothing. Called the office and was told they both are busy… so, if you are looking for good customer service, please look elsewhere.

We love our furniture from JS Furniture! After normal wear and tear the couch and chair developed a slight squeak, the store manager at JS, Brian gave us excellent customer service in getting it repaired. The movers wrapped it in saran wrap to protect it in transit. The couch and chair no longer squeak and they even topped up the upper cushions that were sagging with extra foam to stiffen them up. We are so happy and won't forget the wonderful customer service we received from JS Furniture!
