I recently purchased a product that I believe had a manufacturing issue, which I brought to the attention of Linda and Maggie. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience truly deserved one. The customer service at this location is exceptional, something that’s becoming increasingly rare. I was able to easily replace my product, and two additional staff members were incredibly helpful during the exchange. Not only was this experience great, but my past interactions with staff have been wonderful as well. Every interaction I’ve had here has been positive, and it’s exactly why I continue to shop at this store. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service.

I’ve visited this store a couple of times and it’s a great place if you’re looking for items for your home, with plenty of options available like bathware, house furnishings, and furniture. What made my experience even better was the customer service—Darshveen helped me with my purchase not just once but twice, including during my previous visit as well. She was very helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Kudos to her for the excellent customer service!

Amanda and Lisa at JYSK Heartland Centre provide a truly top-tier customer experience. Over the course of three separate visits, their expertise and professionalism were consistently on display. Lisa was instrumental in providing detailed guidance during the purchase of a mattress, mattress topper, and several other bedroom items. Similarly, Amanda provided excellent support across two different visits, assisting with the selection of a mattress, topper, and various bedroom accessories. Both specialists took the time to provide thorough explanations regarding the different types of mattresses and toppers available. Their commitment to ensuring a clear understanding of each product made the entire selection process seamless. For anyone seeking knowledgeable, patient, and professional service at the Heartland location, Lisa and Amanda are highly recommended.
