This is one of the best pharmacy care locations. No matter which pharmacy assistant or pharmacist helps you, they are always kind, professional, and very well organized. About an hour earlier, I had gone to another big brand chain pharmacy. Even though they accepted walk-ins and I was the only patient there, the staff seemed unwilling to help and largely ignored my situation instead of providing care, they simply told me to make an appointment and come back several hours later. On my way home, I happened to pass by Lawtons and decided to give it a try. I was genuinely surprised by how willing the staff were to pause their work and help me deal with my health issue. Their compassion and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for their care.

Poor customer service at the Pharmacy. They don't care about people. They'll brush you aside like you're dirt. Avoid at all cost. Not friendly or welcoming at all.

This pharmacy is becoming pathetic , you call and they tel you something is ready when it’s not then give you attitude because you state I was told it was ready before I drove down. 3-4 hours wait for a prescription that literally makes it so you can function and drive . . Cannot drive back without it and they don’t care. Client of 20+ years but not for much longer with how they are treating their clients . . Some pharmacist are better than others tho.
