We've been enjoying our split king setup with our Elite 500 bases for almost 2 years now. Amazing comfort and the adjustable positions have greatly improved our sleep quality. Earlier this week, we lost the ability to adjust one of the bases. I was able to determine that it was a faulty power adaptor. I reached out to Leva Sleep and their customer service was exceptional. After explaining the situation, they told me they'd be shipping me a replacement power adaptor free of charge. I received updates from both them and UPS on the shipment. Had the replacement part in 2 days and we're back up and running. Thanks Leva Sleep for your commitment to customer service.
