  Amazing customer service I can't be more proud that LD is a BC company that actually takes cares about it's customers. I purchased a microwave air fryer combo machine, a few months later, long after the return period, I encountered an issue with the product, and I couldn't find my receipt. So I thought, darn I'm going to have to go to Panasonic customer service and make a warranty claim and go through that process of shipping it and getting a refurbished product etc etc.. And I'm going to have to go to LD and hopefully they can find a copy of my receipt. When I called the customer service line, an actual human answered my call. Which is amazing! Then I was connected to a supervisor who found my receipt and said hey come by today and I'll have it for you. He told me to bring the machine in and so I did. Instead of pawning me off to the manufacturer, they tried to find me a replacement but there were none in stock so they refunded my money. (Amazing!).... And the supervisor is going to try and find one and get it sent to the store for me because I actually liked the thing... It was just great customer service. If I had bought this on Amazon or at BestBuy I would have had to deal with the manufacturer myself. LD took care of that for me. Add on top of that, they are a local BC company and from what I've heard from friends that work there, a good employer too. So next time you are considering a purchase, please think about whether you want to give your money to an American corp vs supporting our BC grown London Drugs. So going forward anything that I want to buy, I will consider first whether or not I can get it from LD, I want to give them as much of my business as I can....they truly deserve it!

  This is my neighbourhood shop. If you go there busy hours, the parking is not too easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The summer stock are almost ready for the early summer in May. They already have some promotion prices for the summer stock.

  I would like to appreciate Ana from the cosmetic department today. I just love her ❤️, the knowledge she has about the product and everything she has ever recommended me has turned out the best. I am not happy that she is moving to another location though ☹️ But i want to wish her all the success and good health. She is a good soul ❤️ I would also like to mention another star who is Diya, every time i see her she puts a smile on my face. Very good energy and very helpful 😊
