I visited the cosmetics department today to buy a fragrance and had a very disappointing experience. I waited for assistance for quite a while, but the employee working there, Michelle (as shown on her name tag), seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. When I asked for help choosing a fragrance, her attitude felt rude and dismissive, and she gave very short responses instead of providing any real assistance. For a department where customers often need guidance, the service was very poor. Because of this experience, I won’t be visiting this store again.

I am so tired of this pharmacy! The pharmacist on Sundays is so rude and dismissive. The worst incident is when I wanted a medication that was sold as single doses per month that cost over 1000k. I wanted a multi dose pen (cheaper, more environmental) which the pharmacist told me “did not exist” even though I insisted that it must be available. I ended the call, one google search showed me the multi dose pen. I called the pharmacist back and she was able to fill it which cost less than half the amount! Are you telling me you have been charging people over 1000k/month because you didn’t care enough to check if there was a cheaper option? Sad excuse for a community pharmacy. I hate that this pharmacy is so conveniently located in OV, but I went to Yyoung on Main and they were so much nicer. I’ll likely switch in the near future.

I went to the photo lab here last week and the man working was super weird and rude. spoke to me like I was an idiot. Didn’t acknowledge me after standing there for way too long. Was preoccupied doing something that didn’t matter….. after I pick up my photos. I will definitely be going somewhere else next time. Which is disappointing because I develop a lot of film and I live nearby.
