Very disappointing experience today at London Drugs West Vancouver. I waited about 15 minutes at the pharmacy and another 15 minutes at Customer Service. Poor organization, long waits, and disappointing customer service. Customers' time should be valued more.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. They won't fill your prescription faxed from your doctor unless you call them first. We called and walked over to the pharmacy while on hold for about half an hour, just to see them take our call, say, "Can you hold?" and put us back on hold, giggling amongst themselves. Then they wouldn't apologize when we told them we had just seen them. It is troubling to see this level of service in a community with so many elderly patients. The London Drugs pharmacy in Downtown is far busier but still provides far superior customer service. The Park Royal one is profoundly disappointing and needs a full overhaul and staff change.

I had a great experience at London Drugs thanks to Stella. She was very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I left satisfied. Her customer service was outstanding and made my visit much more enjoyable. Thank you, Stella!🙏🙏🙏
