It's hard to believe the before and after transformation. Magic Reno worked with me every step of the way — from the initial consultation and material selection to the renovation process and final inspection. I especially want to recognize Ivan and Ilia for their outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. They clearly take pride in their work, and it showed throughout the entire project. Just as importantly, they were consistently punctual, reliable, and always followed through on what they said they would do, which made the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated how transparent the team was throughout the renovation. Any modifications, recommendations, or changes were always discussed and confirmed with me first before proceeding. Thank you again to the entire team for transforming our washrooms into something that truly exceeded our expectations.

We had a good experience with Magic Reno on our master bathroom renovation. It was a big project — they expanded the bathroom into our old walk-in closet and built a new closet as well — and the end result turned out great. Roman deserves special recognition for his work. His tiling was incredible, and he was extremely hardworking and detail-oriented throughout the project. Like most renovations, there were a few minor bumps along the way, but Dima (the owner) was always professional, responsive, and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. We were also impressed with how quickly everything was completed given how complex the project was. There was a bit of a delay with the glass shower door due to manufacturing issues. They also refreshed our powder room, which looks great. Overall, a solid experience, and we would consider using them again for future projects.

We needed a bathroom renovation, and Magic Reno was one of the places we consulted. However, we didn't choose Magic Reno in the end, just because we got a cheaper offer from a different contractor. Otherwise, they were a super close second choice, and I was genuinely so impressed from the consult that I had to leave this review. In terms of costs, pricing was all super reasonable. They offered a winter discount as well and even offered to throw in a free ventilation fan for us. I sincerely appreciated how transparent they were with the pricing. The quote provided broke everything down, and there was even a section to show pricing for optional add-ons / upgrades. Also a special thanks to Platon, as he was the one we communicated with during consultation and for the quote. He was super patient with us, and he was very knowledgeable in his recommendations for how our bathroom could be renovated. He showed us some previous works and explained the materials that would be used, and everything seemed to be of excellent quality. The communication from Magic Reno and Platon has been absolutely incredible, and I would highly recommend that Magic Reno be considered for any renovations.
