Purchased a massage chair for my father and added on the three year warranty. After a few months, the seat covers were tearing so I messaged customer service to have them replaced. I was told that my warranty covers it and that they will send over replacement covers right away. Months go by, and nothing has been sent, no one sent an order confirmation or tracking number. Over the last two weeks, I've sent multiple follow up e-mails asking for an update on my shipment, and they've been ignoring every single e-mail. Horrible customer service. They took our money for the chair and the money spent on the warranty and decided to ignore us customers.
