We had a hospital bed delivered Wednesday afternoon but didn’t use it because my husband took a turn for the worst and needed to be taken to the hospital. He passed away late that same evening. When they arrived to deliver the person made insensitive jokes about who was going to pay for the bed as my husband laid dying in the next room. The day afterwWe made numerous calls and left message regarding pick up but received no call back. When we finally did get a call the man on the phone was confrontational. He said “I’m the man that is going to tune you in on how this works….” And he proceeded to talk right over me. They missed pick up and the bed sat here for 12 days. An ever present reminder that my husband was gone. Terrible people here. They should be delivering cement mixers. Not hospital beds for palliative care. I hope the WRHA reconsiders this company. What a teeeible thing to have to deal with after my husband died.

Nobody answers the phone. Get this, the one time I call the guy on the other end says I'm calling to soon. He then tells me to call back when the 2 month mark is due. I thought later... What happens to the refill when you don't call? So all the other times when my forgetfulness has the best of me and I don't order? What happens to the person's products is it gone? I'm questionable. Why can MDA company just automatically send it out???
