I’d give extra stars if I could. Super experience. I met with Respiratory therapist Malvin. He was professional, well informed, personable and completely thorough. The CPAP machine controlls my respiration, when I am in dreamland. I need to be confident that the setting are correct. Malvin has given me this confidence. I highly recommend Medigas.

Took a very long time to get things sorted with my insurance company. Call backs were often not prompt. They would not accept the repirologist report and insisted I need more testing. In the end, the doctor was correct all along. I complained about my mask because it causes me so much pain. The person argued with me why I needed that mask. I wanted to switch to a nasal mask. My doctor said that would be fine, but not Medigas. When they finally ordered me a new mask, it was the same one! Then they told me I'd have to jump through more hoops to get a more comfortable mask. I just give up and will look elsewhere.
