Visiting Montreal, I had forgotten a small but critical element of my CPAP, the tube elbow connector for the F30i. Normally it cannot be sold separately from the mask but they managed to find a lose one for me in back storage! This saved my sleep for at least a week! Thank you very much!

Excellent service! Recently started treatment with the CPAP, and so far so good. A big thanks to Geneviève Laganière for a very informative briefing and helping us with the mask choice. She thoroughly explained the whole process to us as well as gave useful recommendations to adapt to the CPAP machine faster. Overall, would highly recommend!

First, let me say that I never write reviews. I felt I had to with this. I consulted 3 different companies for quotes before settling on Medigas. I first was working with Tara Greiss in Montreal, who was fantastic, quick to respond and very available for questions. My appointment ultimately to purchase the machine was with Marie-Josée Lefebvre as I live in Longueuil. She is great !!! She did her best to serve me in English as we Franglais-ed our way through it all since I could also speak to her in French. She was very nice and took the time to explain everything me. I had a question when I got home which I emailed to her, and she responded right away. I received a follow up email after 4 days of use, which I really appreciated, asking me how things with "Brad" (the name I've given my machine) were going. She is friendly and informative. I wanted initially to use Biron as it was a name I knew, but they had no machines available. I am SO happy that I decided to go with Medigas. This is my first CPAP and it is very comforting to know that I have a supportive team helping me with the process.
