Just had the loveliest experience with this Murphy bed seller! Let me start by saying, I get it—online transfers can feel iffy, right? So I politely asked if cash payment was an option. No accusations, no drama, just a question. But wow, did that set off a firework! She yelled like I’d accused her of that's a scam! WOW! But wait, the fun didn’t stop there. We’d agreed to meet at the warehouse at 11 AM. I hopped in the car, drove 30mins—excited to finally get that bed!—only to arrive and be told, “Oh, my car broke down. Come back at 1 PM.” Oh, car trouble—classic, right? She said she text me in the 10:50am. Is it possible that I can't see my mobile phone while driving? Nothing says “trustworthy business” like making someone waste time of driving because… reasons. Truly a masterclass in reliability and customer service. If you’re into last-minute delays, getting yelled at for basic questions, and feeling like your time are wasted. this is definitely the seller for you. Enjoy!
