  They were very efficient, in and out in 20 minutes unfortunately they could not remove the metal in my eye so they sent me home and said a surgeon will call in the morning to book me in to have it removed

  I needed to have 4 different eye tests performed prior to cataract surgery. We parked in the parkade, walked across via the skywalk and it’s right there. I was a little early but they took me in, under 5 minutes. In and out in less than an hour. Very efficient. I’m impressed

  I was forgotten about in the DRS office for 2 hours to be told dr went home already and told to come back in the evening that I would still be on file and wouldn't lose my spot. Went back later in the evening to find out I had been lied to and had to start from the back of the line and redo all the preliminary tests. Was very annoyed and frustrated and been living with pain in my eye sense. I have no faith in our medical system that continues to fail
