  I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I called around 12 PM to confirm whether my doctor had faxed it, and the person who answered confirmed that they had received it and would prepare it for me. He also reminded me to bring my insurance. However, when I arrived, the staff member who assisted me was not welcoming and did not seem interested in helping. She told me that my prescription was not ready and appeared confused about my insurance. I explained that I was willing to process the claim myself. She also said, “Next time, come earlier because everyone is off at 6:30.” I arrived at 6:15 PM and there were already 3–4 people ahead of me. I had just finished work at 6:00 PM and traveled 15 minutes to get there, so I did not expect the line to be that long. Before telling customers to come earlier next time, please ensure that prescriptions are actually prepared as promised so pickup can be quick. I called ahead specifically to confirm this, but no one had prepared it. It is not my fault that I needed to be assisted until 6:34 PM. I chose this pharmacy because it is nearby, but unfortunately, due to this experience and the staff’s attitude, I will not be returning.

  I really like it here. I came for a Covid shot a couple years ago and right away transferred my prescriptions to them. They’re helpful and friendly, and remember me as a regular customer.

  My feelings for this pharmacy is mixed, my mom liked to get her medication here as the staff are patient and took the time to explain everything to her. They also drop off medication for her when she wasn't able to take the bus to pick up. However, the experience and service really depends on who one deals with, some of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but not all of them. I am giving it two stars because of a few experiences: - frequent long waits - unorganized, there were multiple times the staff took a while to locate my medication (they called me that it was ready for pick up) - wrong medication dispensed and would not own up to the mistake. The ophthalmologist prescribed an eye medication for my mom and they gave my mom the wrong one, we didn't check, used it, and only found out when we went back to the doctor and bringing the medication with us. I went back to MJ's with another prescription for the same originally prescribed medication and told them the mistake they made. There was no apology and they charged me for the new (correctly dispensed this time) medication.
