We have a murphy bed from this company that fell apart quite soon after purchase. They said they would fix it but over a year has gone by of chasing them. We have gone in in person twice and called numerous times to try to get it warrantied. They always say that the person who does repairs is not in but will call us back and then they never do.

My wife and I were trying to re-utilize a bedroom, and have been meaning to look at Murphy beds for sometime. We visited Darrell and Tom‘s store in Victoria and had a really great shopping experience while there. Not only were the products and the different types of beds explained to us thoroughly and professionally, but we were lucky enough to find a unit, on site, that we thought would be perfect. Shortly after, Darrell made the trip to Galiano along with Bruce, and a very efficient and professional installation was accomplished in a very short time. It was a real pleasure to deal with everyone involved in the company and we think the product itself is very high-quality and very well put together.
